The core of TenRal is metal stamping services, which has been providing reliable metal stamping parts for various industries. Our 28,000 square foot press shop is equipped with over 40 presses, with pressure ranges from 25 tons to 200 tons. Based on the characteristics and costs of the products, we select the most suitable stamping solution.
It is worth mentioning that TenRal has its own stamping die workshop, which enables us to flexibly manufacture and modify stamping dies. This allows us to respond to changes in customer demands in a short time and quickly adjust our production plans.
The main stamping service of TenRal is progressive stamping, which can produce complex-shaped and high-volume parts. We have 6 progressive stamping machines with a stamping capacity ranging from 60 tons to 160 tons, and the stamping speed can reach over 1000 times per minute. While enhancing production efficiency, we also ensure the consistency and quality of the products.

TenRal concentrated on producing basic metal stamping components and had only 10 staff. Our product line was somewhat small at that time and we mainly offered local OEM manufacturers basic metal processing services. We realized in 2010 the need of transformation, so we changed every department in the business and adopted cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
